In 2010, my business partner and I recognized the potential value of a property located north of downtown Denver. We searched for warehouses that were undesirable to others and had already been on the market for quite some time. As a budget-conscious endeavor, we negotiated a master lease with a five-year option to purchase at a locked-in price.
We developed warehouses and brands for coworking spaces using Arts and Entertainment Zoning Laws to establish an arts community around Denver, providing affordable work and gallery spaces for artists.

We grew into multiple locations that combined the business and art communities to encourage community, expression, sustainability, growth, and entrepreneurship of tenants.

Space Creators began the evolution of a thriving artistic community that is now the sustainable RINO district.
